In the arena of lubricants & friction modifiers Tungsten Tuff WS 2 based grease has to be the giant of the industry.



Developed originally by NASA, Tungsten Tuff reflects real space age technology and is a giant leap forward in Japanese blended grease, being suitable for 1000's of applications with non more important than being the ultimate choice as a lube for your prized fishing reels.  

Tungsten Tuff is manufactured using tungsten -disulphide WS2 powder blended with the latest developments in base lubricants & polymer/ additives. This revolutionary new break- through technology has taken this product to a new level not seen in the industry before after the original development work was instigated by NASA several years ago

Please note this is STRICTLY a grease for low speed load carrying ball bearings & all sliding & re-reciprocating components & definitely NOT for use in drag assemblies (Our 'Cal's Drag & Reel Grease" is the ultimate choice in drag lube & also has excellent general purpose lubricating properties for all reel components).  


Jack Erskine's Tungsten Tuff WS 2 blended greases are only as good as the blenders used and we are working with one of the world's finest lubrication laboratories to produce the finest product available and after rigorous testing has proven to be superior to Moly based grease. In fact the Tungsten Tuff formula is now being widely used in engineering workshops, high performance racing workshops/engine re-builders as an assembly and is also being used by the international sporting shooters as a perfect lube for all fire arms.
